Yup they could, but some newbies couldn't, like d00m said, newbies need guide too, you should take a few mins to type up some more explanations and tell them what is counter jungle so that they could really know on how to counter jungle.

1. going from red to blue to their red i the time that they go form blue to red is impossible unless they dont get a good leash.

6. Oh look, you didnt even mention smite in a jungle guide, guess im going flash ignite jungle.
