two major issues i have with the core of this build:
1. Ki Burst should be maxed 1st, it has the highest scaling and therefore maxes dmg during lvling

2. Riven is not an as character, she is meant to hit hard in-between her q, not like a xin or nocturne. Also, since her abilities scale off her AD, it makes much more sense (and makes much more damage) to build heavier on the ad and forget as.

so basically, swap phantom for trinity or frozen mallet.

or you could also drop both phantom and TBC for Warmogs/Atmas

Archaic Knowledge will not help you as you do physical damage, son rather think about investing that point in Sunder .
