Your runes are really weird. Riven is a great lane bully with early damage so there wouldn't really be a point into speccing for late game.
Your items are as well. Riven isn't an autoattack champion so there wouldn't be a point in buying Zerker. Your build is way too tanky. Trinity also gives way less damage than a Bloodthirster too.
Since Riven already has tons of mobility there would be no need for a Trinity, and your Sheen wouldn't be proccing a lot either. Atmog's is pretty much useless for Riven. Warmog's just makes you a big pile of meat that doesnt do anything but disrupt and Atma's gives around the damage of a Bloodthirster. I personally never even get Frozen Mallet.
For skills there also would be no reason to get W first. Your Q gives you all the mobility, damage, and presence you need.
