pls do try out my build befor you vote ive never had a game with a negative status with it from the few losses i got with this build ! dont just vote like the reatrd taco who is only down voting build and never tryed to do 1 of his own

Good hands > preserverence
jungle Riven is actually very viable.
increased atk dmg from brute force helps her much more then lethality's crit dmg
your item build is ok, but you lack any good dmg prior to building a warmogs (very expensive), i would build brutilizer before warmogs.
wriggles lantern is much better in the jungle, its ok for laning but your sustain is lacking. Riven is easily zoned out in lane and without any hp/regen you will get behind fast.
downvote for saying jungle riven doesn't work, having preserverence over good hands, and only relying on the quick view to give most of your info, its just lazy.
