Rumble Passive Ability
Introduction
Rumble is tempting to go full out ap. That feeling of taking someones health bar down to nothing is fantastic. However, he is simply too squishy for a full ap line up. I'd start with a doran's shield. Whenever you need the extra cash, you can sell it and get something better. It's just a good start up item. Follow it up with the speed needed to chase down and get away. get boots of speed. wait out for a giant's belt and follow up with Berserker Greaves. THIS IS QUESTIONABLE I KNOW. Personally, I feel as though the attack speed gain works better with his passive than the mercury treads.
The next item is situational. If you require armor, get the sunfire cape. if you require slow, get the crystal scepter. Then go all out ap with will of the ancients, rabadon's deathcap, and lastly void staff. Also give the soul stealer a try. I wonder if it works with rumble...

Overall, I don't have any doubts that this build works. I've used it for a long time now and I feel as though this build can get even better. This is the reason I plugged it in on mobiafire. I felt as though if i did this, people could bring advice to the table and tell me what they think. As of right now, I enjoy using Rumble and I like this build.
