I'm only doing this for fun.

(Also, I'm not the best person in English but I try to make things clear as possible!)
Pros
+ Great Spell Damage Mid and Late game
+ Gragas can also go AP/Tank
+ Can Escape through Walls with Body Slam
+ Great at Lane (Because of His Passive and and His Drunken Rage)
+ Great Harrasing (with Barrels)
Cons
- Low Ability Damage early game
- Not the best passive in the game
- Uses alot of mana
- Barrels doesn't reveal Fog of War (Forces him to facecheck Brushes)

Gragas uses lots of mana early game and doesn't deal enough damage without Ability Power.
Start with Doran's Ring.
Gragas needs alot of Ability Power to deal great damage, Get Rabadon Deathcap, If things are going well, consider Buying a Mejai's Soulstealer!
Magic Penetration works great on Gragas, Void staff and Sorcerer's Shoes is a must have for him.
Rylai's Crystal Scepter is a great Item for slowing enemies too, and saving allies so you don't need to waste your Explosive Cask

Flash is a great Summoner Spell for Gragas, you can use it to reach enemies and then Body slam them or just use it for simply escape.
Ghost Works good too.
Exhaust is Awesome for Gragas, use it on emenies to make them slow so you can hit them easier with your Barrel roll or use it in a 1v1 fight if you think you can handle it.
Ignite is fine too, but Exhaust can be used for more things.

Use your Barrel Roll to Damage your Enemies and use your Body slam for slowing and dealing Damage. Use Explosive Cask to deal damage or knocking enemies back to you and your teammates, You can also use it for Escaping, Knock enemies away from you and your Teammates. Remember to use Drunken Rage before running into a fight. Drunken Rage Gives mana and Health (Because of Passive), the Duration is almost as long as the Cooldown, so it's best to keep it active. You have to wait until the Channeling is done before Drunken Rage Activates, While the buff is on, you gain Attack damage (which also Increases the Damage of Body slam) and Taking less Damage.
