Well it seems like this guide has not finished yet but i strongly disagree with the summoner spell heal over ghost.I feel that ghost will go great with his Sanguine Pool to keep up with enemy's, getting away from ganks, and such.

I like your build its fine but imo will of ancients is more then enough and no need for spirit visage maybe replacing it with a zhonyas hour glass.
