Jungle Route

My jungle route is pretty easy. Start with blue buff, if you don't get a leash, pop a potion about half way through blue buff, if you do have a leash keep it for late. then move on to Wolfs, 4 Wraiths (watch your smite CD, if you cant have it up in time for red buff dont use it on camp) then red buff, golems, Wraith camp, Wolfs, Big Wriath. after this rotation you can move around the jungle between the 4 continuous pop ups as much as possible. I try to save my buffs for ganks, and dragon if possible. I try to hit golems and big wriath as much as possible over wolfs and wraith camp.

Dragon Timing.

I go for dragon with Ninja Tabi, and mandrids razors. I usually base at about 1200g get the boots, then go get the rest for the razors, just because blue buff is down by then and you are low on mana. After those are bought I take down dragon at lvl 6 at the earliest, assuming you are at full hp and mana with a pot with all buffs. I generally go at lvl 7 with mana buff .

Late Game

After buying blade of the ruined king, ganking is almost too easy. and after spirit vasage, taking down towers while not in a team battle is what you should be doing. W and attack tower. try to go for the ones that arnt being continuously guarded to draw pressure off the team.
