mid game with 40% CDR farm with R+E on creep waves.
Cooldown Reduction max cap 40%
Paired with the defensive mastery trees enlightenment. +0.45% Cooldown Reduction per level (+8.1% Coldown Reduction at champion level 18) nets ryze 18.1% Cooldown reduction at level 18.
-glacial shroud 15% CDR (you should have this around level 10)
-Blue buff it nets you 20% CDR (lvl 10 with blue buff you should be @ 40% CDR.)
-upgraded glacial shroud to Frozen Heart 20% CDR (you should be around lvl 18 and CDR will be
caped no need for blue buff after this.)
