hey This Is My First Build Evar! soo yeah I really like Ryze and made a build hope you like it.

Well I Like being somewhat faster then other champions in the game at the start so I build boots of speed and I play aggressive to get the first blood so carry 2 HP pots and 1 mp pot.Then build The Sorcerers shoes so you can get magic penetration and speed (DUH!).Ryze's Rune Prison Deals More Damage by 20% of your maximum mp. Then I Build The rod Of Ages Because of its passive "Your champion gains 18 health, 20 mana, and 2 ability power every minute. Bonuses cap at +180 Health, +200 Mana, and +20 Ability Power." now that sick (http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Rod_of_Ages)
Unique: Upon leveling up, restores 250 health and 200 mana over 8 seconds. so I Built the frozen heart +500 mana AWESOME ( +99 armour is just icing on a cake). Nashors Tooth Helps Alot If You Need That Kill It Makes Your Cool down lower So you can turn that 3 second Q into a 2 second Q and spam the **** out of it and kill your apposition ( hope fully) if not then archangels Rune Prison them and it will deal more damage because now you added like what 400 mana if that doesn't work and you must get that kill Use Rylais Scepter Extra Mana And Health So You Can Probably run Thorugh The Turret And Stun ( MORE DAMAGE BECAUSE OF THE+500 MANA) Total Ks

I Like Finish Q First so you can spam the **** out of your enemy
then the stunning I like building 2nd because it fits the build and it helps to stun
3rd I finish e its helpful once you stun the enemy to use it or just feed off of minions with the E
And Of Course The Ultimate whenever you can rank it up!!
an the combo is Q stun Q E Stun Q E Q if he doesn't die then try to keep spamming this combo until of course you run out of mana then thanks to the nashors tooth regular attack the Enemy until it dies
