You farm jungle till you get frosted smite and boots. then you bolt to the first lane that is pushed and gank them hard. the point of this build in helping your other lanes more. If you go devourer youre stuck in the jungle. The whole point of this build is to feed all your other lanes so much late game wont be a problem at all.
