It's completely fine to still go LDR; realistically enemy often has more than 80 armor lv 18 (base armor) and probably atleast 1 tank item (zhonya, dd, etc) making it even higher. You can try one game without armor pen and see how you do; however I personally always go some armor pen (cleaver or ldr), sometimes even two armor pen items (cleaver serylda). Can also go the antiheal armor pen item.

Depends on the game. The slow and damage from the red item are pretty good in general and great for a more aggressive playstyle and for snowballing. It also gives you a slow. Green is generally the safest option. I'd go the green one if the enemy has quite a bit of cc. The shielding it gives is also great, especially in combination with goredrinker.

It's really dependent on the champions that are in the game you're playing.

- Phase Rush gives you the ability to stick close to, and kite certain champions. Unmissable in match-ups that would otherwise kite you out.
- Dark Harvest allows infinite scaling in damage and burst potential. Especially good vs squishy enemies, because what is Dark Harvest going to do if the enemy has 3000 HP?
- Electrocute is a safer option than Dark Harvest and is for more early game oriented damage.
- Fleet Footwork is a more late-game oriented version of Phase Rush that is better versus immobile champions, furthermore it allows you to go into the precision tree (which is better than the sorcery tree).

Runes are really versatile with Graves so it's easy to get confused, however these are the general guidelines. Most used runes right now are Dark Harvest and Fleet Footwork. If you still don't know what to take, I suggest just taking Fleet Footwork. You can find the best runepages on the guide itself.
