Every time I try to practice this build I either get matched against Chogath or Irelia and Thresh is useless against both from lvl 1. I'm sure part of it is a skill issue, but it is MISERABLE to lane against either. lmao.

Garen is easy till he gets stride then you cant easy peel so he just has to play safe till then

You could possibly add an Urf/Aram section for fun, no need for detailed gameplay just like general runes and items etc.. however i dont think cryo is the type to play aram or urf lol

What runes can i play whit ad thresh support

i would say either pta or fleet if you need more sustain

Could you take Thresh into the Jng for season 12? Or Is Thresh better off in bot or top lane?

For someone just starting to play AD Thresh, would you suggest the dps build or the one-shot style? And do both use grasp or do you prefer to use a different key rune on them?

I'd suggest tanky DPS (Stridebreaker/Titanic) Top lane in general, with Grasp or the new Fleet Footwork. If you'd rather play ADC, then Fleet, Harvest, or Hail of Blades are nice.

Huh, I am guessing Dps/crit Thresh isn't as viable top lane compared to the bruiser with Stridebreaker?

Hey Cryo! With your Thresh top build, i was able to get my dearest M7 on Thresh, only playing Thresh top since M4! It was so much fun, and all the builds are always nices to give a chance. Continue doing your best! :)
