Brutal strikes being maxed first...... Maybe on pure tank. WHY GOD on ap malphite. the reason you listed low damage as a con is because you maxed the skill that does the least damage first. The other skills provide suvivability too and do good damage if maxed first. For example the Q's slow scales with levels.W scales very well LATER on. Like the hp glyph explanation. Why mr Marks? They are within posssibility for tank malphite but why on ap malphite. They help his damage out put alot. For Quints I recomend mov speed for tanky malphite. They help cahsing postioning and dodging. If your going for sustain quints do flat health. Im sorry i cant hear your arguement for health regen quints through my sheild. Why Cleanse on a tank though? Flash is a much better option so you can troll ult. Either flash ult into team for amazing range initate or ult over baron wall knocking them up and combo to steal baron then lash back over wall. For masteries Im not seeing you get much off a few of those in the defensive tree. Also the utility doesnt have that much to offer a full tank malphite(mana gen always nice for laning). On iteams I only recomend that you move the GA to after warmogs. Since Ga's change it hasnt been as effective until you buy a good hp iteam. If you still insist on GA first at least buy a Giants belt. The hp helps alot during laning fights and tanking mid game.
