i wont up or downvote this guide, i'll just tell my personal experience using build 1:

i have to hug tower the entire time, whenever y try to harass the enemy mid i get outtraded and end up dying or in critical condition, ziggs, annie, ahri, talon, lux, and some others i can't remember right now end up making me hug the tower really hard.
nevertheless, when it comes to teamfight i am able to imput some really nice damage as i'm not being focused by the other team, it's really hard to land a kill, but the plants/ulti combo on enemies is effective somehow, even if you do bad or terrible during lane phase you can recover real quickly from assist and farm farm farm.

however after the terrible nerfs on zyra i don't feel like i want to play her anymore.

One thing on the cooldown is king build; the max CDR is 40% which is achieved by the grail and nomicon making the cdr boots unecessary

Only thing I would say is to offer more item variation in place of archangels, particularly if the player is doing well in terms of conserving mana. In my experience, she has fewer mana troubles than other champions such as Ahri or early game Janna.
