Seriously, if I were reading your guide with no background knowledge of Veigar at all there is no way I'd be able to pick up Veigar and know what to do with him besides try to nuke things in my first game. I wouldn't know how to do that, just that I should be doing that. Granted, I have looked at other Veigar guides and I do know some of how he should play, but in all honesty this guide didn't help much with that.

I wouldn't understand your item choices either due to the lack of explanation if I hadn't seen other Veigar guides/played other AP champions before.

Err... your masteries don't add up... how are we suppose to get "Feast" if we don't have "Butcher"?

You're going to have to at least explain the item choices if you're going to write a guide.

Seraph's Embrace is also by no means core, since there are also strong alternatives. Liandry's Torment and Lich Bane shouldn't really ever be options. If you can't wombocombo, autoattacks or damage over time aren't going to help you much.
