Why not taking E at level 2 ?
No coding at all.
I disagree with runes and your item choices.
I sometimes do it for slot efficiency (e.g. I want hp but don't want to sacrifice a slot for it or just to get rid of a ruby crystal I bought early on) but in at least 90% of your games its better go finish your core build first. Check pro games, they never finish it before their first core item.
First off, pro games are a good place to start, but you should never base your style completely on them. Its better 9/10 times that once you are confident in your own skills to try new builds you imagine are good.
However, I do agree with your comment, and even as J4 I seldom rush Ruby Sightstone, but sometimes its the best idea for that particular game.
Correct*
800g isn't worth that at all. Get your core items first and finish sightstone later on.
So, you are saying there is never a situation where you will ever want to finish a Ruby Sightstone early? Ever?
Incorrect, it also provides another ward (valued at 75 gold) every time she leaves base. If she wards often, it is not a bad move in the slightest.
