Hey Helgasst, have you ever thought about going Ionian Boots of Lucidity with Sorcery mastery on Sivir instead of Berserker's Greaves and Fury mastery? Your Sivir already builds CDR, so why not go for the full 40%? Because of the way percents (in other words: fractions) work, the more you have the more it's worth. It get's exponentially better. For example with 40% CDR you actually get to cast your spells (not including cast animation) 66.666666...6% (2/3x; or 6/9x) more frequently, whereas 10% CDR only allows you to cast your spells 11.111111...1% (1/9x) as frequently. Having 40% CDR is literally 6x better than having 10%. Also consider that your Ricochet paired up with On The Hunt already grants you extra AS, no reason to invest in boot/masteries that grant AS when you already get so much from other items and your abilities.

Once you have Black Cleaver, and Ionian Boots of Lucidity + Sorcery then you can go ahead and buy Elixir of Brilliance to get that last 10% of CDR, and voilĂ  you now have 40% CDR on your Sivir.

I'm sorry, but this will not stand against high lvl play or competitive. You will be push out of lane without life steal, 2nd you will be denied farm due to them constantly shove creep wave to your tower as you can't cs under tower with no AD mark+boots start, 3rd why heal instead of barrier? Actually why anything instead of barrier/cleanse?...
This is my opinion ofc, and I think you know that constructive criticism is needed. The format is very nice and the amount of work you poured in is evident. You have received a lot of recognition, which is all the more reason you should give these people a truly solid build that requires the least effort to pull off, while giving decent payout at the same time.

I like the build, only theres one tiny (but verry importent) problem for me, cause i burn mana like hell in mid lane. Any tips to compensate for that?

To own with Sivir: Lvl 1 Boots, 3 Pots -> Atk Speed Boots & Vamp Scepter -> BOTRK -> Avarice Blade -> Static Shiv -> Giant's Belt -> Frozen Mallet -> Last Whisper -> Phantom Dancer

Armor Pen Reds, Armor Yellows, half Scaling Magic Resist Blues & Half Mana Regen blues, AD Quints.

Very nice guide. +1

But I want to know your opinions on Last Whisper vs Black Cleaver. Because with black cleaver you have to continuously attack one target to get the high armor pen, while with Last whisper, you can just hit once to get the full force of armor pen (not to mention it being a higher amount for enemies with high armor). I know the Cooldown Reduction and health is good, but I don't find it entirely necessary.

But I want your opinions, maybe I'm missing something in my theory. Thank you! :)

I think many AD carries can be played as a bruiser, but that is not a bruiser build. First of all, building Tear of the Godess and Averice Blade will REALLY put you behind early in your lane unless they are really stupid and/or not looking at your items. If you play a traditional AD carry as a bruiser you will notice that your early game suddenly is very weak against anything that is able to trade with you (gap closer, ranged etc), because they usually do not require many items to deal damage and will focus defence.

On bruiser Ashe I did anything I could to get through early game, probably some doran and then Phage. My end build was something like Randuins, Frozen Mallet, Warmogs. It only worked because the enemy failed to recognise Ashe as bruiser rather than "DIVE HIM" and there was no getting away from me.
