Disagree with the masteries. 21-9-0 is optimal on Shyvana. However if you insist on running tank and putting 21 pts into the defensive tree than I suggest looking at some pro Shy players mastery pages. Too many mistakes to point out each one but for example, Runic shield is trash.

Runes are also incorrect. Hybrid pen is the only viable set of marks on Shyvana.

Banshee's veil is weaker on Shyvana than Spirit Visage. With your build people will be able to ignore you in team fights. You will be outputting negligible damage.

My build on Shyvana (D1, I've won the big Moba tournament twice), Ancient Golem, Dorans Blade, Sunfire, Ninja Tabi, Spirit Visage, Blade of the Ruined King, Randuins.

Maxing Q 2nd on Shyvana is also incorrect, it just doesn't scale that hard with levels. E scales harder and the cooldown gets reduced w/ points in the ability. I used to max Q 2nd as well, but someone better than me took me through the numbers and changed my mind.
