So far the best Utility oriented Zilean build, of course the guide is still being builded (or it looks like that), but I will plus this anyway because about 40% of time I play this build with Zilean and works wonderful (67%> win ratio).

the combination of Zhonyas, GA, Twin Shadows would be considered the "Troll Build" Many builds recommend damage items like Rabadons, Deathfire, Archangels, Rod of ages etc.... I use the term "Troll Build" in reference to the playstyle with this build. Rather than building damage items, he is built for utility, specifically utilizing items that can be very annoying for the other team such as Zhonyas, Twin Shadows & Guardian Angel, these are meant to compliment his troll-like mechanics in his E and R. I disagree on your take for Zeke's Herald. I think +20 AD & +10 lifesteal for the entire team is much more useful than building another AP item to make your bombs a tad less useless than they already are late game.... Either way, give it a shot, it is very fun and I have gotten several comments after games from the opposing team... one guy specifically called me a "Time Troll" which inspired the name of the build.....
