I will start to say a HUGE thanks for your comment, this is what really helps me making a better build guide!
I'll take your questions/statements in the same order as you questioned them. I will start to say that Kalista is a very complicated champion. There is like 7261521 different viable and very different build out there and all are interesting in their way. Therefore i cant say that my build is the best one out there, but i will say that this is what works best for my playstyle.

• Coding will be organized better. (first guide)

  I saw your guide and got some inspiration. I really like the way you simplify your skills and describe them. Maybe i will do something a bit similar.
  
  
• Mechanics
  Ohhhhh the mechanics. I can write a bible on her basic attacks. I will make an new chapter called "Mechanics", describing wall hops, aa mechanics, hotkeys, farming, chasing, dodging, fighting, matchups, ability combos, and more. Kalista is such a complex champion. I have 150 ranked games with her, and i still don't master 1/10 of her mechanics.

• Quinn.. oh Quinn
  Quinn is one of those picks i love playing against. Ofc she got some poke and some nuke like every other ADC, but in my eyes she does not relay enough on single targets, but on random targets (The bird flying from the sky thingy). This mechanic is very hard to use in your advantage. Quinn as well as Varus, Urgot, Miss Fortune and even Ashe is very weak ADCs. They dont have much mobility and is very hard to win a lane with, because mainly their lack of mobility and their kits.

I'll be honest, I don't know much about Kalista's matchups or how to play her. Only played a few games on her myself.

That said, this guide looks like it has the makings of being a very good one. There's lots of content you'll need to add to be a high tier guide (if that's what you're going for). I know you say it's a work-in-progress, but I hope this list is helpful in lining up what you want to add.

• Better organized item section. Take a look at Foxy's Tables Guide. Using tables can make this a lot easier to look through. If you align your items with an image on the left and a discussion of the item on the right, it will be much easier for people to look through this info. If you separate the items into sections (core, situational, defensive, ect), that will make it even easier.
• Typo- "wierd" ;)
• Alternative runes. You really only give your own preferred runes and 1-2 other options for each type. I feel like you could give a more thorough explanation for why you choose the runes you do, and you could talk more thoroughly about the alternatives.
• For skills, you might make a new section simply telling people what Kalista's skills are and how they work. It might seem a little silly, but explaining what they each do before telling them what to max will make things a lot easier for new Kalista players.
• On the same note, Kalista's mechanics are very unique. You could spend a whole lot of time just discussing how to use them. Your forthcoming "Tips and Tricks" section would be perfect for this!
• You should discuss why you max skills the way you did. Honestly, as I said I know very little about Kalista as I've already said. However, I've seen some builds put multiple points in Pierce before maxing Rend, even seen some put a point in Sentinel at level 1. I have no problem with you max order, but it would be great to hear more of your thoughts on the matter.
• A laning section would be awesome. What are your goals in lane phase? Who can you play aggressively against, who can't you?
• A good teamfight section would be extremely helpful to your readers. Videos of how pros play Kalista in teamfights, how you should position, how to make use of your passive- all of these things would be great additions.

Also- Quinn, low damage? Her burst is exceptional, with an auto attack reset in Vault and her passive. I mean, sure, she's fairly low range, her autos are unreliable due to bugs, and she's forced to get practically melee range with Vault- all of which make me agree with your statement that she's not an ADC- but she's in no way low damage, especially in the early game.
