Elise is awful carry though, at some point I had so good mechanics that I was able to dodge any spell that could have been dodged in theory but still couldn't carry games, stats didn't matter. When miraculous baron-steals were possible, carrying was much more easier. But yea, I'll check that range thing if they have changed it back or something.
Edit: HAH! Ran some tests, yes rappel work on both dragon and baron camps! And apparently they haven't even changed anything back. I just thought that it's impossible even though it's still possible. I feel myself stupid now. It's extremely max range. Highly unlikely that you would get into drake-camp since you can't jump in if drake moves even one inch. And you can easily fail that Rappel. Could still work on baron since it can't move, just needs careful Rappel so that Elise doesn't move an inch before going in.
Edit2: Oh! And I was btw able to jungle enemies top-jungle and whole my jungle without using hp-pots, then took drake with pots and then whole my jungle again. Apparently modern Elise has nice clear, lol. Das sustain.
I might be wrong, but despite the recent changes in the jungle, I think that you can actually jump on monster camps with Rappel, even Dragon & Baron . At least I'm able to do so, so I don't see why you could not.
Thanks for the precision concerning spells that you can dodge or not with Rappel. It would be a bit long to list them all though, but yeah you cannot dodge DoT spells for instance if they already hit you ( Ignite for example).
You were speaking about Zed's Death Mark but you didn't actually say anything specific. I am not quite sure what you meant, but you can also kill Zed on your own. You don't need teammates. You can dodge Death Mark with Rappel and just jump on him. As an additional comment: you have to dodge it immediately, you can't dodge it after he has given you the mark. Basically you have to hit Rappel while Zed is in the air.
Edit: yes, you mentioned at least in the spell explanations. You could make it clear what it dodges and with it doesn't. For example you can dodge Karthus's Requiem but not Vladimir's or Zed's ultimate AFTER it has landed, Rappel makes you untargetable, not invulnerable.
Regarding the number of runes (6 Marks of attack speed and 3 Marks of hybrid penetration), I just feel that 10% of extra attack speed is enough. But as I said, if you think that you can benefit more from 9 Marks of attack speed for instance, feel free to try it out in game.
