So something extremely important to know about Viktor is that he is a mage. What that means is hes gonna be dishing out more damage than a Ryze in U.R.F but hes also gonna be really weak. So don't jump right into the fray just because you can hurt people a lot.

But you already knew that ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

This is your Roones for full AP Viktor. You can mess around with CDR Viktor if you want, but that's something entirely different.

Quints
Bring 3x Scaling AP Quints
This is because they hurt people. Pretty much all there is to it.

Reds
Magic Pen. Reds are good for shooting people when they don't want to be shot.

Yellows
Personally I like ma' armor yellows. But I've seen everything ranging from Scaling Mana Regen to AP. Whatever floats your robotic death lazer.

Blues
Scaling Magic Resist blues are the shiiiiiiiiiiit. You can also throw in Scaling CDR if you want, I kinda like that actually.

Rabandoodles Hat
This is just gonna be a massive power spike, but its not a great first item, so buy it after your Ludens.

Luden's Echo
You're just gonna blow people up. Seriously this stuipid stick makes your burst crazy. Worth every dollar. Coin. Whatever.

Lich Bane
Yeaa, this is a good one! The reason you want this is because of your Q, you'll be blowing people up with this plus your Ludens in no time.
The passive is just amazing for your Q.

Void Staff
Did the enemy cower in fear of your lazer? Is he such a panzy he bought a Banshees? Well this is the item for you!
So what i'm saying is if the enemy starts to buy some Magic Resist, this plus your Sorcerererers Shoes will brush that Magic Resist aside.

So you dont haaaaaaave to max your E, but it pretty much does the most damage and its really fun to shoot people with lasers.
Now the reason I throw a skill point into my W at 4 is because you wanna be able to out poke your enemy. It gives better damage and whatnot. Nothing strict though.

Aight, so whatchu gonna wanna do is stay far back behind the big beefy men and just chill with your ADC while you laser people. Like I said before you can deal lots of damage but you cant take a lot of damage.
