Are armor pen marks+AD quints no longer best? Also, against a high move speed lane opponent ie Viktor or Ahri (or anyone rushing ludens) I would advise to getting a cutlass first item. It gives you sustain to heal after poke and gives you a slow to increase chance of landing your shurikens. Cutlass slow active combo'd with w+e then double q will force someone out of lane or allow you to reactivate w to go in with ult or duskblade with easy execute. When farmed correctly ult is no longer necessary to pop a squishy, just do the combo mentioned above but when you reactivate w all you do is auto attack them and run away. Zed passive + duskblade passive will pop them, if unsure just ignite.
