Hmmm... As far as I know they've doubled Bullet Time's AP scaling from 1.6 to 3.2 at level 16 :D.

Hello there and gratulations (I guess) to your first build here ^^

I mostly agree with the items, however I think that instead of Wit´s End Some Hybrid Penetration Marks or Quints and Nashor´s Tooth or Maw of Malmortius may have more potential. I have been playing a few Champs Hybrid, maybe my (meh) Ezreal Build can give you a few ideas. No advertisement here, but it´s easier for you than to dig thru my profile.
