Guide Summary
This is a build for the one and only hybrid MF, the dualwielder. I'm not going to claim this guide is perfect and you should only treat it as a guideline for trying out hybrid MF. What I can guarantee from the little experience I've had with this build is that hybrid MF is both extremely fun and somewhat viable. My goal for this guide is to try and gain awareness for hybrid MF so someone better than myself can come along and make a guide way better than mine.
So you people better go out there, play some hybrid MF and you better enjoy it. I know it doesn't seem like it at times, but League of Legends exists to entertain, so try your best to have fun playing it.
Who knows, if this build gains some popularity I might just try my hand at another, otherwise hopefully I'll see some of you on the rift, good luck to everyone!
Miss Fortune's passive is not particularly impressive on the hybrid build. Nonetheless the bonus damage is still particularly helpful when it comes to lane trading and last hitting.
In the hybrid build your Q is the bread and butter, this is due to the fact that like your ultimate, it scales off both ad and ap. If you manage to stack your guinsoo's and land your Q bounce on someone it is definetely going to chunk them. It should also be noted that MF's Q applies on-hit effects, meaning you can use it to proc your guinsoo's
Miss Fortune's W has one main use in the hybrid build. Unlike in ad MF where you mainly use the attack speed buff to dish out a ton of damage, hybrid MF makes use of the attack speed to stack your guinsoo's. The more stacks you have on your guinsoo's the more damage you will be doing, and by attacking faster you'll be hitting that stack cap in no time.
Their really isn't much to say about MF's E. The bonus to hybrid is that Make it Rain scales off ap, so you'll be doing a bit more damage than your ad counterpart. The main use for your E is to slow enemies for maximum ultimate damage, otherwise the high mana cost usually makes it very inefficient.
Bullet time is where hybrid Miss Fortune suffers a bit. Before the preseason patch the ultimate used to scale fairly well off ap, but now this scaling has been toned down and instead they swapped it for the chance to crit. This means that while you may be doing slightly more base damage with your hybrid scaling, the lack of crit makes it deal less overall.

The main things to note with masteries is the hybrid damage and keystones.
As this is a hybrid Miss Fortune build you have the benefit of a few of masteries as they provide both ap and ad in the preseason patches. The keystone I have chosen in this particular tree is thunderlord's decree, the main reason for this being it scales off both ad and ap providing you with that added burst when you trade. Warlord's bloodlust is mainly ignored in this build because you often times don't build any crit, if you wish to use this keystone I would reccomend building an infinity edge immediately after your guinsoo's. The other keystones to note would be stormraider's surge and deathfire touch both of which are fairly decent choices. Deathfire touch also scales off both ap and ad, and stormraider's surge is an all round useful mastery. If you decide to use deathfire touch then I suggest you put points into battering blows rather than piercing thoughts as the majority of your damage is still physical.
