1) By the time you are finished with your Triforce/Blade of the Ruined King and Devourer, you are well beyond level 11. If your team lacks hard CC (Garen top, Zed mid, Soraka Supp) then I reccomend taking and maxing E second. But if your looking for more damage, then maxing Q is your best choice.
2) Only go the fighter build (IMO) if you want to have fun, or your toplaner is already a Tank.
3) Challenging Smite Means ALL auto attack onto the enemy champ smited are dealing true damage, not just you.
4) Phantom Dancer is helpful in 1v1 situations, but thats it. Its not good anyways because in the early game you will be ganking, and the lategame, you will be a big tank on your team.
5) While going the Fighter build, there are like 2 items that give CDR, but there are more if you go tank. Frozen Heart, Spirit Visage ect...
I hope i answered your questions, but if you still need help or would just like to discuss things, feel free to ask me.
I've been toying with Blade of the Ruined Kingafter getting T-Force and if I can snowball enough, and my team doesn't need too many ganks. I will always go Guinsoo's Rageblade, however, bc I trust the wisdom of guides and this is only a theory. :P But it feels like (on paper at least) that the outright damage it helps you unload with E could be integral to squeezing out damage while you're waiting for your kit to come off cooldown to continue another cycle, especially with some CDR blues.
Also, how do you feel about Phantom Dancer? I think the passive could work well with Challenging Smite from your Sated Devourer, allowing you to either open with a Q or E, Smite them, hit W and just AA with stupid amounts of True Damage to either out-trade them or outright pick up a kill. With Attack Speed Quints/Reds on top of PD and TF's AS buffs, I wonder if it wouldn't help mid-game during lane pushing and to AA towers down faster as a bonus.
Please let me know your thoughts on these. c:
1) You gain lifesteal, even if it is only 8%. It allows you to sustain in lane better and heal quicker after procing thunderlords. She has a very weak early game and she is a burst damage champ with some sustain. I can see corrupting potion being good. but with this build, you arent taking a tanky mastery. its just burst, thunderlords, walk away for 20 sec, then do it again.
2) I understand Maxing E second, and why someone would choose that over Q. It really depends on your matchups and the rest of the team. Do you not have that much CC early-mid game? If so then yes, max E second, but if you have a decent or good matchup, then go for Q second for the harass and insane damage output. This Thought Proccess should be used with each champ you play. Adapt to the game.
Thank you for commenting and asking me questions. It makes me feel useful :P
1. Why max Q second? Isn't it more worth to max E second as it gives 2 seconds stun? I see these days people maxing Q second because of it's burst, but still isn't E better?
2. Why not taking corruption portion at start? I don't find Dorans something useful.
