If you really want to play jungle graves, you need to grab your smite. Otherwise go top of adc or anywhere else. DON'T JUNGLE WITHOUT SMITE. Flash is a must, so these spells really speak for themselves.

This Build is all about Jungle Graves. He's an OP tier jungler in Korea, and I myself am a Korean Jungle Graves Main. This guy is really strong early and mid game, especially against ad champions. This is my first guide, so note me and comment below if anything is missing or anything that you're curious about Graves in the Jungle. Wherever you start, grab both of your buffs and start to the river. Ward the entrance of the enemy jungle, where the river connects to the enemy blue/red buff. This will ensure you vision and the crab, sometimes even the enemy champion's buff. Get either wolves or the red birds(forgot what they call it in English), and gank any line. Simple as that. Double buffs+Wolves/Red birds+Crab will ensure a level 3 right away, so gank away!

The runes above usually is best for Graves, since it gives additional ad and ms, and additional ms and ad. It's really a very good hybrid build for Jungling. I don't have much to say about it.
Question: What about Dark harvest? Or Electrocute? Aren't they better? Listen buddy. Those runes are great, but they have their weaknesses. Graves can't really have his DH procked until 150 stacks, just a feeling. Never had DH on my ganks until at least 20 minute. Electrocute? With what combo? Graves doesn't really need the extra damage anyway. The standard rune page covers it for him anyway.

First back, get stalkers boots and a longsword/Jagged knife thing. Stalkers really increases the CC that graves lacks other than his W, so it really ensures a kill whenever you gank.
When some gold is collected, upgrade boots situationally and get Yoummu's Ghostblade. Why not Duskblade? Because it fits in very well with Grave's ms and gives additional ad from the sorcery runes. Duskblade is ok, but as I said, this build is not a 1 shot Graves build. This got me numerous Quadras and Triples just because of the sustainability. Then go Stormrazor.
Question: Why not finish the Jungle Items? Of course! The Jungle Item. I forgot all about it! I guess I'll buy it with the money that can get me 60 ad rather than an item that gives a guaranteed crit? Of course not! Finish the JI last, or sell it for Guardian Angel. Graves can do well without the extra cc in late game anyway.
Lastly, go for a high power spike with Infinity edge, or go Phantom Dancers first for the penta kills.

Some people may ask some combos that Graves has. He has his standard W-Q-Auto and run away with Fleet Footworks, which is most likely the combo anyone can use. Not a lot of people know this, but Graves can cancel his auto timer with his E, which makes his bursts very Powerful. For example, at level 6, W-Q-Auto-E-Auto-Auto-Ulti usually grants a kill.
