1. Judging by the Spellthief's Edge, I can assume that you plan on being more offensive in lane. What do you plan on doing if the enemy has high ranges and stops you from effectively using your spells/AAs? (This might seem like a trick question, but is really me wondering what you'd do in that case. I personally don't see Spellthief's working out, but I'm also more defensive minded)
2. Why do you go Bandleglass Mirror over Kindlegem? If you go for Aftershock in your runes, I could see it work out, but the main advantage of BM, imo, is the AP and maybe the mana sustain if you spam your Q a bit too much. These two are not more valuable than 200HP. Lissandra's range is too low to properly use her Q and especially in the early game, one E(R)WQ combo is the best you can do. Do you prefer the ~30-50 damage from the 20 AP over the 200HP? If so, why?
3. I genuinely like the idea of Moonstone, however since the rest of your build is geared towards being more of a damage dealer (with fairly expensive items), how do you plan on proc'ing your Moonstone? Less defensive stats mean a more careful playstyle which would be fine in correlation to Moonstone if the champ has some sort of range (e.g. Soraka Q, Janna Q, etc) but as mentioned before, Lissandra doesn't have range. How do you work around this?
4. Why do you consider it to be viable to switch to Heal if your ADC doesn't have it? I personally think that (contrary to what I mention in my guide lol) you cannot rely on your ADC, especially for them to use anything but heal efficientely. Are you more optimistic than I am? :p
I must mention that I do not want to discourage you from your build! Encouraging players to try different things is what I love to do and that means being open to all sorts of builds, runes and other things.

2. The Bandleglass Mirror is for, like I mentioned, to have some sort of damage in the early game. I prefer to have the damage boost over the HP in order to deal more damage.
3. The Demonic's Embrace will be your friend to Moonstone. With Demonic, your Moonstone will proc twice. Although Liss lacks her range, her playstyle revolves around going in and ulting someone, or going in and keep on doing damage until you are near death, and then self ult.
4. Switching to Heal if your ADC doesn't have it has the benefit of your Moonstone having that healing bonus effect if you are the one who cast it. Whenever I go support, I always ask if I can take Heal instead of my ADC.
