Fimbul is an interesting item, but the idea of 2 tank mana items on Nasus is overkill imo and messes up your mid/late game power spike. Going Hullbreaker or Sunderer first based on matchup just seems too good not to do, then going Frozen Heart 2nd/3rd item. Even though it gives no hp the raw stats you get from Frozen Heart just seems better across the board since you're stacking armor items and the Rock Solid item passive.

I've been watching the high elo Nasus players and nobody really touches the item, and only about 2% of people even running the item at all according to op.gg

In the actual S12 Frozen Heart is one of the most inferior tank items, Fimbulwinter has proven to be very good on Nasus because of that passive Mana shield, HP bonus and Mana bonus that solves all problems with Mana. Frozen Heart is quite a situational item which is built only against teams which rely on AS heavily.

Great guide. Don't worry about teemo tho, teemo is free lane for nasus. Easily best nasus matchup. Just take it easy until after lvl 6 and mercs + sheen and run him down with ghost. Easy peasy
Oh and also ghost + tp is my fav summoner setup, makes you un-kiteable
