Agree With Kizo
Traic is still consider to be a good supporter for good use of passive and his stun.His skills allow him to sustain with WQ and secure kills early with EW

totally agree with you kizo. but realisticly speaking in lane and harassing it will be very difficult to perform the E+aa+ rest. Therefore i usually just go for the E+W+aa. The combo (the perfect one) should be as you described ;)

as for the masteries i do go for the utility for the MS due to his lack of range (melee) as i find that without this i can't really be effective in the engages. But as for synergy you're correct

Not bad but as a taric main I'll point out afew flaws.

1) the proper combo should be E + aa + R + aa + W + aa + Q + aa then repeat, the reason for this is to keep your armor on longer so that your passive attacks hit harder and so you dont take too much damage too fast.

2) I like to go 21/9/0 as Taric even when I support cause Expose Weakness/ Blade Weaving/ Spell Weaving are all very helpful since most of his damage is a perfect combo between spells and auto attacks

Also as a sidenote I like how you're the only Taric guide that I've seen till now that added some items that should actually be built on him besides a Sapphire Crystal. :D
