For those that do not know Anivia's main source of damage is her E. It does double damage if Anivias has procced a fully formed glacial storm or stunned them with Q. Meaning it has roughly 1 to 1 scaling and the base damage is doubled. This is why I put 14 points into the Abilty and No points into W. As it does no damage and cannot be used to proc E. This is what seperates a typical Anivia player , from the best anivia players.

I rush an early Archangel staff because of the insane ap it gives early . 80 base plus roughly 40 from your existing mana. Not to mention the mana refund and the quicker shield. I then rush a liandrys for the early magic pen on top of sorceror shoes in order to burn tanks and explode squshy targets. I then go for ludens for the extra movement speed, as I believe runes are for noobs I cannot run MS quints. So this is great for compensating for both a lack of base movement speed and real life insecurities. I then take void staff and if the enemy team is mostly ad I go for rabadons , and if the enemy team is mostly Ap then I go for a rabadons deathcap. THanks for listening to my wisdom.
