Because you won't loose much health after taking enemy jungler blue and killing them. After mid go get that blue buff. Then back for your well deserved jungle item and boots if you can afford.

Then get shyv. Then get IE. You will blow up carries and prolly mid lane by this time. Just q in and backstabb him then e and activate hydra and ign if you have to. Smite does a little damage. Then really it's just a toss up. IF your game lasts this long you'll need health or more dmg. So either get botrk dmp or ga. GA will give you enough time to reset your q.

There are walls you can q over into the Bush that wards won't spot you at. Then with your mobi boots you can get to the enemy in time. If you know the Bush doesn't have a ward and you can't get away yet cuz q is on cd, ult. Send your clone out of the bush. This should distract them long enough for your q and you can place a box in the bush. Ulting. Your ultimate can dodge most things. A well timed ultimate can dodge an azir wall to an ez q. It's a brief moment. You will mess up sometimes. Don't sweat it. Just practice. Being cheeky is your tool to survive. You RELY on kills.
