Agreed that Rylai's doesn't have the stats of ROA, but it allows you to basically apply nonstop snares to the opposing team. To me, thats well worth it.

I'm surprised that you don't notice it during late game, as that is where I most notice it. An example from our last game: I mega adhesive an overextended enemy warwick with poison trail on. I catch up and fling him backwards. My team is catching up to capitalize on my initiation. Because of Rylai's, I have him locked down and unable to get away. Without it, he just walks away and we go back to standoff mode. Instead, my team catches up to him and gets the kill. Meanwhile, the nearby enemy team feels forced to engage. I'm able to snare 3 of their teammates as I run through their line and I chase their Ashe out of the fight. We go 4-0 (as Ashe eventually just runs away), we were nowhere close to losing anyone, and a lot of it can be attributed to Rylai's Singed.

Anyways, I really like the guide portion of this (maybe the best Singed write-up on the site). +1 for the guide alone.

Nice Singed guide! To be honest, I haven't played Singed in a real game, but in Co-op vs Ai, I giggle to myself when my fling does 800 damage because I've built AP :P

Your build actually looks viable, and I appreciate the amount of time you spent describing the gameplay. All that chance to dodge would set my teeth on edge if I was on the enemy team.

The only thing I don't understand in your guide is why you don't get Mega Adhesive at level 3. Even though they were only bot games, I still managed to save my laning partner/get a kill with it due to the significant slow.

I also think Rylai's might be something to obtain a bit earlier in your build. It's clear that Singed has lots of movement speed boosts, but if you do chase, or are being chased, I just think that fling is going to a whole lot of damage and slow your opponent to crippling speed.

Anyway, good guide, needs some images/icons to brighten it up. To add an icon go: ((singed)), but replace the (()) with square brackets.

+1
