@Hamidemian

Actually, I changed this guide a while back. I used to start with Ruby Crystal and get Aegis first, so it does work pretty well. I also used Teleport and Exhaust for Summoner Spells, they both work great.
About magic damage: It hasn't really been a problem for me. By the time it MIGHT get tough, you'll be buying a Negatron Cloak for Force of Nature, so you should be fine. Thank you for the comment!

EDIT: Added alternative Summoner Spells.

Great guide pal! I would give it a try ASAP.

Some comments:
- What do you think of getting ruby crystal first? I tried both intro builds (BoS + HP or RC) and the thing was, with RC, I can hit a first blood but then there is no way to keep my health up unless a) we have lane control and using Blade to heal, or b) recall. If the enemy is a pain, 3xHP shines, but well overall I think you are right.

- Teleport as a Spell? Saves towers if timed correctly and makes you an endless pain in the ***. BUT I know Heal can grant you a kill or save you (and your partner), but doesn't escalate very well I think.

- I've been using Aegis last five games as a second (or first if Ruby Crystal) item, gives you an edge in the lane, what do you think about it? Better save the gold for those Capes?

- I guess getting Thornmail on the long run if the enemy team is loaded with physical ladies can make a difference. Dash > feint > cup of tea > "Oh, are they dead? Shame."

- Getting Capes makes you a vulnerable to magical damage (threads only won't help mid-late), and Capes are somewhat expensive if you are not getting kills/last hitting/being denied. OF course if you are in this position, something is wrong.

Again, great one, I'll try it.
