Try to minimise the colours you're using. It kind of hurts my eyes.
It's simple and covers most points pretty well.
Not too sure if the caps lock on pros/cons was intentional.
Try to refine this, this could become a pretty good guide.
Also, Black Cleaver and Last Whisper don't go too well together.

I'll support this guide; It's a good, solid, short and simple guide.
The middle-end of your guide has a lot of colors - in my opinion, too much color. You should really only highlight/bold the important ideas of sentences.
If you find the time to do so, you may also want to pick up BBCoding. Jhoijhoi has a good guide on how to code well, and it'll make your guide look a lot better
Also, you should have a section on who it would be good to lane with, why, and where/how to team fight.
