In this build Vayne is:
Pros: Shreding like crazy
Huge damage output
Hard to catch because of large movespeed + Tumble
At the end of the build she can kill anyone lategame
Almost impossible to run away from (passive + ult + fast Movespeed)
Cons: Very Squishy
Must Rely on the fight to start before even starting to shoot
VERY SQUISHY
not that great in laneing phase (inless the enemys feed you)
Damage does not realy start untill you get the madreds

Mark of Desolation: Armor pen is great on any physical damage (inless its a rare case :) )
Seal of Alarcity: Attack speed makes your shred even better (more attacks = more shred)
Glyph of Vitality: Health for more survivability
Quint of Fortitude: Same as glyph of vitality

Laneing Phase: (probably the hardest phase for this build untill you get the zeal and beserk greaves for the extra harass + the movespeed to get out of danger) To start off get a Dagger and a health pot and start with your Silver Bolts, when you get about 1.6k go back and get your beserker greeves and cloak and dagger, head back to lane, after you get enough for Zeal go back and get that now you should have enough move speed to be able to gank mid and get back to your lane safely and effectivly.
Mid-Game Phase: now is when we get one of the most important items in this build, Madred's Blood Razor, when you get this item every three attacks you are shredding 20% of the targets health(4% + 4% + 4% + 8%) and now at this point you have around 2 - 2.1 attack speed and when you get the Phantom Dancer it will jump up to 2.15 - 2.2.
End-Game Phase: At this phase you should be able to kill everyone on their team and is when this build is at its height, you want to start by getting Trinity Force and then, depending on what you need most, one of the last three items on the list (phantom dancer for more attack speed / move speed, Infinity Edge for crit damage, or Banshee's for a little more survivability)
