he has too much sustain for you to burst him, his silence makes your soldiers unable to autoattack and azir tastes like chicken.

So I've been considering buying Azir for a while, but with his hefty price, and the fact that i could get several other champions for what i would pay for him (ip, not rp), ive been hesitant. I just wanted to know if you thought he might be a good pick for me. He looks like a lot of fun, but hard to learn. My normal mains are cho mid/top, naut support, twitch adc, ziggs mid, and rengar jungle. just based on their average play style, would you think azir might be a good fit for me or should i try to find someone a bit more tuned to my style?

I disagree. Verses zed, talon, leblanc, fizz, and even yasuo new azir is weaker early due to his diminished range. His ult now has substantial damage backing it and means in even skill matchups you
don't want to be an early aggressor, poke but don't engage unless you can set up for a jungler. I agree a skilled azir can properly shuffle and set up plays, but what my statement means to say is any idiot can play mid game azir, his dps is just insane.

*hard early game* LUL skipping that Azir has one of if not THE best lv 2-3 and after 6 he's such a big threat because he can just shurima drift > shuffle you into his jungler and if you ever try to poke him under his turret when he's farming as long as he has mana he will push you right under his turret and you cant kill him if he has barrier + his new E

I've noticed you have added an extra point into your mastery tree at the top of the guide. Might want to look at removing it.

#1 beserkers are best currently but I sometimes buy sorcs against high MR teams
#2 always max q, your ability to react with soldiers needs to be quick so u need to lower its CD
#3 double edged works if you are gutsy enough
#4 i like my 10% from scaling glyphs, they also are statistically the best runes.(champion.gg)

Hello I had a few questions about Azir builds in the current meta,
#1 Are Berserker Greaves always the best boots right now or do you build Sorcerer's Shoes for the Magic Pen sometimes?
#2 Is there ever a situation where you would consider maxing W first? I normally max Q first, but someone told me W max is good sometimes, any thoughts on that?
#3 About mastery choices.. is it viable to take Double Edged Sword after the buff it got and/or Natural Talent?
#4 Is it really worth it to take 9 Scaling CDR Glyphs? I usually take 6 to get 10% CDR at level 18. 10% from runes + 20% from Nashor + 10% from Zhonya = 40% already. That way you can get 3 Scaling MR or AP, or whatever else you like.

i tried switching the MPen reds for AS it work pretty well test it out

Would you prefer Galactic Azir, or Graveyard?
