Sick of Squishy? - Tanky Vlad
not nearly as optimal as ap build. also with 0 resists, 4k health will count for nothing.
In what ways? I do as much damage as pure AP builds, and survive much longer. I can play the roll of off-tank while still doing damage.
I also have a bit of magic resist in Merc Treads and armor in Zhonya's - most AP builds don't go beyond that, anyways. The only things that will stop you are DFG and Madred's, both of which can be easily countered by a pool and good focus.
Try out the build, and see if you want to change your vote after.
No spell pen, will do **** damage
When you have about 700 AP and can hit every 4 seconds, you don't need a ton of spell pen to hit like a truck, trust me. I've gotten 2 pentas with this build, and have out-damaged pure AP Vlads.
haven't read all of it in depth as I'd like to due to the length, but I like what I saw.
