im sorry but this guide just doesn't make the cut. basically, masteries and item choices are all wrong for sivir (runaans, iceborn gauntlet, sotel.. what??) guide does not go in depth, even to explain these choices. perhaps if it did, people would be more.. receptive.

SOTEL SUCKS, even on junglers it's not that good and your itembuild in general is bad.
Your summoner spells are wrong.
Same for masteries and runes and skill sequence. You can't max a skill by level 8.
No coding....and lack of info
