Let me give you a brief overview of my time playing League of Legends, so you understand the point of view I am coming from in writing this...
I played League of Legends for well over a year now, though I don't remember my exact start date. I played consistently all the way up to level 30 and continued for approximately 2 months after that. I had somewhere around 250-300 wins, when I took a break and stopped playing League of Legends all together. When I took a break, there were still normal game stats. :)
Upon my return, almost 5 months later, the game had changed significantly. There was now something called "Ranked Games". I thought, "Well this looks cool." And so I queue'd up for it right away. Unfortunately, this was when I learned my laptop was dying and would overheat whenever the video card was being taxed significantly.
So...
I managed to get 3 losses that I barely played in and 5 leaves. You guessed it, my ELO was shot.
Anyway, enough QQing. So, I have decided to tackle this Ranked game business again, and see if I can get my rating back up to where it should be. At the time of writing this I have 57 wins and 43 Losses, with a Rating of 1321.

If the Tank is A, you are B
Clearest rule of all: STAND THE **** BEHIND THE TANK
You will die near instant if that Stun/Suppress lands on you. And Champions like Jax, Katarina, Xin Zhao are your worst enemy.
Your job is to press R at the correct time, and simply throw a Boomerang Straight through them (avoiding the tank to prevent damage reduction) and auto-attack your way to victory. Your Ricochet will deal a metric ****ton of damage and should wreck an enemy team in no less then 10 seconds.
Remember. Sivir is made or broken with positioning. EVERYTHING LIES ON POSITIONING.
You want to Auto-attack as much as possible, as safe as possible.
A 100 damage hit turns into a 330 hit instantly if you can hit all 5 champions with Ricochet.
That means a 400 damage hit (which you will do on squishies late-game will auto-magically deal
1220 AOE damage. And you seemingly deal a hit 2 and a half times per second with your Ultimate (or every 0.4 second), meaning you will deal a mathematical @#%(&*@$^*****%(*&)%%@*_))(YOU&*%*^&$$%^&*ASHE*^&$^@#*(&) of damage.

The beautiful and deadly champion known as Sivir has been a favorite of League summoners for close to a decade. A soldier-for-hire outside of the Fields of Justice, she is the embodiment of a highly successful mercenary on modern day Runeterra. Sivir has little interest in the ''cribbage sheets'' - as she calls them - of League influence bartering. Instead, she is motivated by material wealth and riches, and she is paid handsomely for her services. Sivir is one of the wealthiest individuals found anywhere on Valoran. Sivir owns multiple residences in a number of different city-states, as well as ownership stakes in a number of businesses all across Valoran. Her detractors, either envious of her success or acrimonious of her flexible morality, have begun to use Sivir as a symbol of what is wrong with the mercenary nature of the League. Sivir dismisses her critics, saying that while her personal code of ethics is less ruthless than her competitors, ''Everyone has a price.''
Sivir has earned many titles and accolades throughout her illustrious career, but the one she held until recently was ''Battle Mistress of Noxus''. Now she is simply known as ''The Battle Mistress'' after breaking her contract with the Noxian High Command. Sivir dared to object to the Noxian war against the peaceful island state of Ionia, though less about the morality of the issue than the planning behind it; her predictions of a bloody stalemate came true when the Ionians held off the relentless assaults of the Noxians. Claiming that the Noxian High Command had lost its direction, she left Noxus and made her services available to the Institute of War. The Noxian High Command has sent a number of contracted assassins to deal with its rogue mercenary, but none have delivered her or survived.
