Hey this is just a brief skarner build as havent had much time, this build has been tryed and tested by me and and its really effect aggressive and high survivebiltly this build makes skarner a good all rounder Tanky,good AP,good AD, Most people say skarenr is not viable on lane only good in jungle but they are wrong they just don't know how to build him properly, if played right and build right then he is dominant. As i said this is a brief guide because havent got much time on my hands due to work and kids, So dont judge the guide before you try it
