The items are a bit expensive but if you do a good jungle and ganking a lot getting assists or kills you can have this all done.

Farming

Try to farm much as you can, hold lanes when needed and farm. Try too gank a lot, whenever possible to obligue them using their spells (Eg:Flash).

Skill Sequence

Try to use your "W" to move faster to gank, and then use your "Q" to slow thw enemy and to this over and over again.

Team Work

Try to use your ulti to move the most dealing damege enemy (Eg:Carry) right to your team, and then kill him.
