Very nice build, but I would shift the utility masteries to havoc, then the last 6 into the defensive tree for more armor and mag res. Also, I would grab AS over CDR and get one rank into meditate at level 4. Otherwise, nice explanation for your picks, and looking good over all. The 2 vamp septers are a different idea that I haven't seen before.
