Ability Order
Assassin's Mark (PASSIVE)
Akali Passive Ability
Introduction
But I have stumbled onto a build that might just be extremely viable on this champ. Give it a try for yourself and see if it works for you as well as it has worked for me.
My items are displayed in the order I get them, building them up as I have the money to of course.
These may seem weird on Akali, but man they are powerful. Once you hit midgame you should at least be starting on your warmogs. The hp from this item is so beneficial to Akali for several reasons. Due in part mainly to her ability to single out the squishy DPS and survive enough to contribute greatly to the team fight afterward.

For summoner spells I take Flash and Exaust, this will almost 100% guarantee a kill on anyone that is running away, as well as provide that little extra ability to escape when needed.
It's also great in team fights to be able to R in exaust enemy dps, burst them down, then flash out of harms way giving your team an immediate 4v5 advantage while taking next to no damage.

Pros:
Very bursty late game
Extremely durable late game
Provides a great burst in team fights as well as a secondary damage soaker
Cons:
Very squishy during the early stage of the game
Can be hard to play if you're not used to the game's mechanics
Easy to chase someone down and get ganked in the process

In summary, I know this is short it is my first guide, and hopefully my last ( I am not a fan of typing to the masses ) I hope you all enjoy this build as much as I have and this is in no way a sure way to win. I haven't lost with it yet but that does not mean I can't lose. Be aware of your opponents items and use this build as the base for you to branch away from.
I have created an idea, it is your job to think about it.
