For the rest, it looks very nice :D
I don't understand why you wouldn't put more points into bear, i think the quick ms boost is extremely useful and hilarious
when i play udyr after i get trinity force im almost never under 500 ms
Most people will simply tell you that Bear Stance is a one point wonder and leave it at that.
There is, however, a very compelling reason why we get 1 point in Bear and then max the other 3 first before returning to Bear Stance.
In Dominion, the goal is to get and hold points. Those points are stationary and do not move. Players wishing to defend those points need to do so from a very confined area. Therefore, the 3% extra speed boost you get from advancing Bear Stance each level, while nice, is not necessary. The extra damage boost you get from increasing Tiger and Phoenix, is necessary. Also, the 1 second stun from Bear is necessary and is not improved by taking more levels.
As Udyr, you need to be a threat in team fights and 1 v 1. The added damage from Phoenix and Tiger Stances will ensure that opponents are hurt bad when you hit them. Furthermore, the extra Health on your shield from adding points to Turtle Stance will make you more survivable which is very, very important. I often max Turtle first, almost always when I go bot and in certain tough games where I go top and I'm being targeted first.
So, is maxing bear "fun and hilarious"? Sure. And if you enjoy that play style, then by all means go for it. But for my game, I find myself chasing kills almost never and focusing on defending Turrets, attacking Turrets or pushing minions. When an enemy gets away with low health, they often still have to "B" and I've accomplished part of my goal, chasing them and eventually hunting them down because I maxed Bear first will only result in a very minor net positive gain for my team, if any.
Doing more damage in a team fight and lasting longer in that same fight is much more important than chasing and catching my last low health enemy.
I hope this is useful information, but ultimately, play the build that you enjoy.

Good build, however, I think that it can be expanded. Perhaps give different options for items, instead of just giving one static build of items. Also, the summary seems to give very specific instructions on things to do in game. However, it should be understood that all games start off differently, there are many varieties of scenarios and rather than giving one set of specific instructions, try giving vague guidelines that could apply to almost every single game.
