So. It's a build that can no longer exist because promote is removed. When it was possible, it was lame and only worked in low-tier. And the build itself isn't that great, as said Taric is more useful. Though I can understand the choice of Trynd and TF. They were both OP (especially the former one at that time).
Still -1, just because it's bad.

The group's missing Taric. Soraka is great for keeping champions alive, but Taric's W and R abilities are what keeps allies and minions sturdy.

5-man Promote is only useful in low-tier games, which really hurts this build. And you're not even 5-man. To really be useful you'd need to get Soraka as others suggested, have the five promotes, and probably two champs should use rally.

I put in Ashe as the carry. I decided to switch otu Soraka and put in Sivir for her speed boost ult, which is insane.

After the arrow nerf you can put in another carry as well, whatever you like really. Tristana, Jax etc. I prefer ashe because she also has frost arrows, but as a carry you can put in whoever you like.

Well with Tryn and CM, you don't really need Ashe in there. This strat is mostly about pushing, which Sivir is amazing at, and keeping heals up, thus why Soraka would be a good choice.

I put in Alistair for the healing, as I think with all the creep kills he will be fine. Soraka has gotten a bit of a punch to her healing with Executioner's calling lately. I wasn't sure about Soraka, and switched her out later. I think sivir will be a better pusher. Also, Alistair has a great stun, a knockback and is a good tank. Soraka isn't all that.

Ashe could be switched out for a ganker like twitch or evelyn, but that wouldn't help pushing all that much. Maybe Morgana to shield people, put down an AoE, an extra snare/stun?

Ahh. Going for the promote strategy. Not really an exploit because it's easily shut down. Especially since you're only going 3 promote. Taking off Ashe and adding on Soraka would probably make this really difficult.

That's the exploit.
