Its the summoner spells i use u guys can choose different one if u like thats why theres 5 summoner spell just incase u want to change

i have a better idea, lets put 18 points in turrets and do a W3 tower rush or build a 2nd base in middle of Summoner's rift map!

Not to mention, 5 points in ulti? and not getting magic pen in the offense spec. Also, atm, you have points for improving 5 summoner spells, you only get 2.
