Jarvan IV is OP!

Jarvan is already little pit tanky so dont have to build hp much and masteries and runes give much armor and magic resistance. Jarvan have really HIGH damage and nice crits and with wrigglers lantern he have life steal too.

With flash jarvan can escape easily in jungle or if jungler or someone in enemy team gang and if jarvan dont have mana to use E and Q to jump. Exhaust is best spell in 1vs1, it slow enemy, make enemys damage smaller and attack speed too.

Jarvan need last hits much cause his items cost much but its easier to last hit cause of his passive and with Q and E can kill many minions in a row.

In team fights its good when you use ulti and your team mates are in your ulti and much people in enemy team. When use ulti must use W to slow them attack speed and use combo E and Q to stun them.

Jarvan is good jungler with that build too and creeping is easy cause of jarvans high damage and armor. Jarvans spells are good to jungling cause u have high damage, stun with E and Q combo, hp shield and if enemy jungler counter jungle and u are low hp u can jump far away with E and Q combo.
