Very, very good build!

Thanks for the suggestions! I shall do a bit of editing and vamp it up a bit. I will change that cool down over into the defensive tree to! I haven't tried this build just yet with the new mastery tree as the servers were offline and I hadn't quite figured how I wanted to make changes to masteries since nimbleness had been removed as I used to run dodge Seals and Quints.
I'll test the build out and bring more feedback and changes! :D

Looks nice, just a small comment on your mastery choices:
The 1 point in sorcery I do not understand at all since there's a better cooldown reduction mastery in the defensive tree. Also I personally feel the hp masteries aren't worth the 5 points. Maxing both Enlightenment and Mercenary I'd consider to be a better choice. Or even the relatively poor Initiator mastery for getting faster to the squishies.

if you go mr/level marks and use a Force of Nature instead of Banshee's Veil, you will have better results imo. although there is the 1 spell block, that is always gone facing a good team well before the fight. and your merc's treads and defensive tree should help with that anyway.
